The Junior Supply Planner plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless supply of products to meet customer demands.
About the Role
* Assume responsibility for a specific product portfolio within the business areas.
* Act as Supply Chain Business Partner for the commercial organization, supporting Sales and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Create long and mid-term supply planning for intermediates and finished products.
2. Support short-term scheduling with manufacturing operations.
3. Monitor stock levels, generate internal reports, and initiate sourcing for external materials.
4. Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics teams to ensure a smooth supply chain.
Requirements
* University degree preferably in pharmaceuticals, business engineering, or business economics.
* Experience in supply chain management, particularly in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or cosmetics industry.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, with knowledge of ERP and planning IT systems.
* Familiarity with pharmaceutical and medical device regulations.
* Excellent communication skills, open-mindedness, and attention to detail.
* Fluent in German with a good command of English.
