As a Store Manager, you attract, develop, and motivate a passionate team. You regularly share the HOKA Brand values, vision, and mission with your team members and actively create a culture of trust and accountability. You may lead multiple high-volume and complex locations and support the Area Manager with additional responsibilities as needed. /ppbFluency in German English is a requirement for this role. /b /ppbYour Impact /b /plipCoach and develop your team to drive business results and professional growth /p /lilipPartner with the Area Manager to identify and develop talent for leadership positions /p /lilipEnsure the highest level of customer service possible and prioritize brand and product knowledge training /p /lilipMeet and exceed budgeted sales and KPIs and monitor expenses /p /lilipConduct self-audits with attention to key controls involving receiving and cash handling within your district /p /lilipDevelop store strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, increase traffic, and optimize profitability /p /lilipProactively and continuously cultivate community through events, local outreach, and engagement with your market beyond the store's four walls /p /lilipManage inventory and implement store administration and operations including compliance with policies and procedures /p /lilipActively maintain a network for recruiting candidates to your store team, as well as support the District Manager in identifying and interviewing potential management candidates within the district /p /lilipHire the best team members by identifying talent quickly and regularly maintaining a network for recruiting candidates /p /lilipOnboard and train team members to ensure engaged and high-performing teams /p /lilipEnsure the highest level of visual merchandising and standards and take responsibility for execution of visual directives and guidelines /p /lilipDrive key initiatives and support programs that enhance the customer journey /p /lipbWho You Are /b /plipExcellent leadership skills and experience managing people in a customer-facing environment /p /lilipYou can demonstrate a track record of exceeding sales targets and cost management for a store of comparable volume and size /p /lilipExcellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs /p /lipbWe would Love to Hear from People with: /b /plipSolid Retail Store Management experience /p /lilipExperience in Outlet's is a plus /p /lilipExcellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers. /p /lilipAbility to be agile to meet the needs of the business, within and beyond the four walls of the store /p /lilipExperience coordinating and hosting in-store events is a plus /p /lilipFantastic problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges /p /lilipbFluency in German English is a requirement for this role. /b /p /lipbWhat We Will Give You /b /ppAs part of our HOKA Family, you belong to more than a performance lifestyle company.
