The Director, Field Engagement IT Product Manager is a visionary leader responsible for shaping and executing the strategy for enterprise-scale technology platforms that drive commercial and medical field effectiveness and engagement. This role bridges business and technology, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value, support digital transformation, and remain agile in a rapidly evolving biopharma landscape. They will lead cross-functional teams, manage product lifecycles, and champion user-centric design and agile methodologies to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions. This role is accountable not only for technology delivery, but for shaping enterprise-wide business transformation—modernizing operating models, decision-making, and engagement through digital platforms, data, and AI. REPORTING RELATIONSHIP Reports To: Executive Director, Commercial I&T Direct Reports: Product Owners, Platform Configuration/Analysts RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of platforms and solutions optimizing field experience and productivity through integrated CRM, engagement data, and analytics capabilities – balancing simplicity, compliance and effectiveness. 2) Define and communicate a forward-looking product vision and roadmap, leveraging AI, automation, and advanced analytics to unlock new business opportunities.
