Job Description We are looking for a professional and service-oriented Front Desk & Concierge Representative to join our team at The Kusnacht Practice. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our international VIP and UHNWI guests, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience while supporting with key administrative tasks.
Your Responsibilities
Welcome and assist international VIP and UHNWI guests with discretion and professionalism
Ensure smooth daily reception routines, including call and email handling in English and German
Manage mail, courier deliveries, and correspondence
Keep reception, meeting rooms, and kitchen areas organized, clean, and technically prepared
Assisting with the preparation and service of food and beverages for clients
Support events and internal functions (e.g., company lunches)
Coordinate travel, shipments, and concierge services for guests and staff
Handle key and badge management for multiple buildings
You are/have
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role; hospitality or 4*/5* hotel background preferred
Excellent written and spoken English and German (at least C1); other languages are an asset
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with discretion and attention to detail
A flexible, responsible, and friendly host personality who thrives under pressure
Demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams
Eligibility to work in Switzerland
