Celeroton TurboCell is a Swiss based fast-growing technology leader developing and manufacturing high-speed turbo compressors and drive systems using gas bearings for fuel cell applications. The company is based in Volketswil and sells its products worldwide for a broad range of applications including automotive, stationary, marine and aerospace industry.
Location: Lucerne, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
Active acquisition of new customers and expansion of the customer base.
Ownership and development of customer relationships (OEMs & Tier 1) as well as handling incoming inquiries.
Sales funnel management from leads to sales execution.
Preparation of standard offers, price negotiations and conclusion of contracts.
Technical analysis of customer specific requirements and preparation of technical proposals with support from the technical team.
Involvement and commercial coordination of product/customer turbo compressor development projects (including analysis of customer specifications, translation into product specifications and requirements, technical decisions, status and budget, product costing).
Definition of product pricing and cost calculations.
Technical product management (datasheets, manuals, support on product specifications).
Support on marketing, communication and tradeshows.
Support on definition of product roadmap and market/customer analyses.
Serve as support and contact person on various commercial or technical topics for the project team.
Qualifications
Degree in engineering (ETH/UNI/FH) or comparable education, ideally with additional commercial training.
Previous experience in sales for technical products within the industrial or automotive sector.
Knowledge in turbo compressors and/or fuel cell systems is a strong plus.
Experience in technical project management/development for industrial customers.
Strong interpersonal skills, creativity and hands-on mentality.
Strong technical understanding and commercial mindset.
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to regularly travel (20-30%) for customer visits and tradeshows.
