Key Responsibilities
* Act as Level 3 escalation point for Microsoft Intune issues beyond standard L1/L2 resolution
* Diagnose and resolve complex device enrolment, compliance, and configuration profile failures
* Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, remediation, and reporting
* Manage and optimise Intune policies for Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices
* Review and improve conditional access policies in conjunction with Azure AD / Entra ID
* Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes
* Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal IT teams
* Support patch management, app deployment, and Windows Autopilot configurations
Qualifications
* Deep, hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune (not just basic administration)
* Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for Intune automation and diagnostics
* Strong understanding of MDM/MAM protocols and Intune architecture internals
* Proven Level 3 support experience – able to resolve issues escalated from L1/L2
* Experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and RBAC
* Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 management, Autopilot, and compliance frameworks
