Join the team responsible for Sales and Distribution: a multidisciplinary team composed of Business Analysts, Developers, UX, and Product Specialists. You will occupy a central role by linking business challenges with technical solutions to design and deploy high-value digital solutions.Your missions will include:- Analyzing and challenging the business needs gathered by the PO and formalizing them into requirements (user stories).- Co-building technical and functional solutions with developers and architects.- Evaluating effort and prioritizing based on business value.- Documenting and modeling (UML, BPMN) to share a common vision of the systems.- Testing and validating (functional tests, production follow-up).- Contributing to agile ceremonies and project management.Your profile:- Experience: minimum of 3 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in the insurance sector.- Education: higher education degree (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or equivalent) in engineering or a related field.- Technical skills: good understanding of IT architectures, frontend development, and APIs.- Methodologies & tools: mastery of Jira and Confluence, proven experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).- Languages: French C1, English B2 (German is a real plus).You are solution-oriented, proactive, and possess an excellent sense of collaboration.
