We are partnering with a fast-growing international e-commerce platform expanding its footprint across Europe.
As part of its development in Switzerland, the company is building its local marketplace ecosystem and is looking to onboard and scale partnerships with local sellers.
This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of a strategic market.
Key responsibilities
Identify, target and acquire local sellers (brands, distributors, retailers) in Switzerland
Build and develop a strong local vendor network
Manage the full onboarding process of new partners
Drive category performance including assortment, pricing and sales growth
Develop long-term relationships with key partners
Monitor seller performance and identify growth opportunities
Operate in a hands-on, execution-focused environment
Profile
8 to 13 years of experience in business development, sales or marketplace environments
Proven experience in vendor acquisition or partner onboarding
Strong network of sellers, brands or distributors in Switzerland
Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or retail platforms
Commercial mindset with a strong ability to generate and close opportunities
Autonomous, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
