 * Acquire and manage new and strategic customers
 * Provide active customer support and sell laboratory solutions
 * Schedule customer meetings, prepare quotes, and maintain customer information in the CRM system
 * Advise customers on services to ensure long-term business relationships
 
Your Profile
 * Completed technical training, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in a laboratory-related field
 * Experience in sales and CRM systems (SAP or similar)
 * Strong analytical and relationship-building skills
 * Proactive, commercially minded, able to prioritize and manage time efficiently
 * Ability to prepare and deliver solution-oriented presentations tailored to client needs
 * Fluent in German and English, with very good French
