* Manage diverse HR administration processes related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and all intermediate stages such as work certificates, relocation and other employment-related documentation
* Proactively monitor and maintain high standards of data quality in the HRIS, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timely updates
* Ensure all incoming requests and inquiries from employees are appropriately addressed
* Provide support to payroll by entering monthly variable data, collecting annual tax residency certificates and updating pension plan contribution rates within the system
* Produce HR analysis and reports for different departments
* Lead HR Operations projects aimed at improving existing practices, methods, and procedures, and drive digitalization within current processes as well as in the development of new ones
* Manage the internal platform for employee benefits and events, ensuring smooth operations and timely updates
* Apply and promote HR internal policies and regulations across stakeholders (employees, managers, HR team)
* Document best practices and decisions taken within HR for future reference
* Manage relationships and collaborate with external partners and service providers
Federal HR Specialist Certificate (Brevet fédéral en Ressources Humaines)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations
* Strong knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security regulations
* Proven ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential data with absolute discretion and compliance
* Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SuccessFactors; Power BI experience is a plus
* Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused and collaborative mindset
