Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role in software engineering and project management.
* Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies.
* Proven experience in leading software development projects.
* Technical knowledge in package applications.
* Effective communication and leadership skills.
Other Qualifications
* Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus.
* Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus.
