We have been entrusted with finding a service‑oriented, communicative leader for the position of CIO.
Responsibilities
* Strategic and operational management of global IT and ensuring global 24/7 coverage with appropriately located resources.
* Modernising the existing system landscape and further developing a future‑proof reservation and information system.
* Ensuring stable, secure, and efficient systems, providing continuous availability.
* Optimising digital processes along the entire service chain.
* Guaranteeing compliance with laws and regulations at all times.
* Coordinating international IT teams, external partners, and internal stakeholders.
* Leading employees (5 direct reports and approximately 40 indirect reports) in a motivating manner.
* Contributing to strategic development as a member of the Executive Committee.
Qualifications
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in the service industry.
* Strategic IT leader with business understanding and excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructures.
* Experience with complex service and value chains and a good understanding of B2B business models.
* Comfortable working in an international environment with excellent English skills.
* Ability to collaborate directly with various stakeholders.
