Job Description
1. Monitor system performance, respond to incidents, and ensure optimal uptime of all production applications and systems.
2. Design and implement scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions on traditional on-premise and Private Cloud environments.
3. Collaborate with Infrastructure and Development engineers to deploy applications and components to production servers.
4. Automate IT processes to streamline workflows and eliminate repetitive tasks.
5. Analyze faults, perform stress tests, and conduct BCPs to test platform resilience and ensure stability.
6. Participate in the on-call rotation to provide operational support and ensure service availability.

Qualifications
1. At least 2 years of experience in systems engineering, DevOps, DataOps, or SRE roles.
2. Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and Linux server environments.
3. Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure, configuration management, and CI/CD pipelines.
4. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, Puppet.
5. Experience with Observability tools such as Elastic Stack (Kibana), Grafana, Prometheus.
6. Proficiency in programming and scripting languages like Python and Shell.
7. Strong understanding of monitoring systems and networking fundamentals (HTTPS, DNS, TCP/IP, load balancing).
8. Proven expertise in IT process automation.
9. Good understanding of Java web applications and web servers such as Apache Tomcat and Spring Boot.
10. Knowledge of platform MT4 / MT5 and Windows Server (2016, 2022).
11. Knowledge of messaging and streaming systems like Apache Kafka and RabbitMQ.
12. Experience in trading or other financial services.
13. A team player who enjoys helping colleagues and bridging gaps between departments, detail-oriented, and meticulous.
14. Fluency in English (spoken and written) and willingness to learn French.
