Pbr/bWhat it's about /b /p pIn this position, you have the opportunity to play an important role in Partners Group's Capital Markets team, responsible for all debt financing-related aspects of Partners Group's Private Equity and Private Infrastructure investments globally, across their life cycle. /p pYour responsibilities will include: /p liStructure and negotiate debt financings for new buyouts / investments, incremental capital raises, recapitalizations, amendment extensions, repricing and refinancings of portfolio companies / assets across Partners Group’s Private Equity and Private Infrastructure businesses /li liServe as an important markets and capital structure advisor to investment and management teams including with respect to exit processes /li liMaintain and expand relationships with banks, institutional investors, legal counsel, and other market participants /li liProactively generate value enhancing financing ideas for existing investments /li liStructure and negotiate financing related hedging /li liOriginate investment opportunities from your network /li p .newspaper { h1 { font-size: 250%; font-family: Lato; } h2 { font-size: 200%; } p { font-size: 100%; } /p bWhat we expect /bbr/ pFor this unique opportunity, we need a person who works well in a global organization and is a self-starter with strong interpersonal, communication and execution skills. /p pSuccessful candidates should have the following profile: /p li7-10 years of leveraged finance/capital markets and/or infrastructure finance experience at a leading financial institution or currently in a Capital Markets role at an asset manager /li liExcellent analytical and negotiation skills /li liStrong project management skills and ability to work under pressure /li liStrong interpersonal and communication skills /li liProven track record in structuring, negotiating, and executing debt financings in a lead-left capacity (underwritten and best efforts), including loans and bonds /li liExcellent understanding of capital markets and debt products including detailed understanding of execution processes (constituents, legal and marketing documents, etc.) /li liStrong understanding and negotiating experience of loan and bond documentation /li liTeam worker with self-drive and a strong attention to detail as well as desire to contribute and make a difference /li br/ pbWhat we offer /bbr/ /p pPartners Group is a global financial institution that retains the culture, pace and agility of a start-up.
