Our organization seeks a talented professional to spearhead our bioconjugation R&D efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering, statistics, or chem-informatics/chemometrics, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in bioconjugation in a pharmaceutical /CDMO setting.
We are looking for someone who can deliver strong value through the development and deployment of state-of-the-art bioconjugation technologies, operating in a complex matrix environment.
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record/scientific expertise in the development and deployment of complex bioconjugation technologies, including linker/payload, process technologies, automation, modeling approaches, etc.
This role requires collaboration with various teams across the organization, effective resource management, project prioritization, and documentation of models, best practices, and associated workflows.
