Your area of responsibility
As part of our dynamic Business Unit Industrial team, you’ll work closely with our Sales Engineers and Business Development Managers. You’ll gain first-hand experience at the interface between technology and business, helping us grow our footprint in some of the most exciting global markets, including semiconductor industry, renewable energy or industrial robotics & automation. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Market Intelligence: Analyse industry trends and competitor landscapes across semiconductors, renewable energy, lab automation, and industrial robotics.
2. Customer Projects: Support the Sales team in preparing technical and commercial proposals for international customers.
3. Business Development: Identify new opportunities, explore emerging markets, and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
4. Engineering: Learn how drive systems are applied in cutting-edge equipment, bridging technology with business solutions and prepare compelling offers for customers.
5. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, marketing) to support projects.

6. are currently studying Mechanical-, Electrical-, Industrial-, Business-Engineering, or a related field and are at least in your fourth semester.
7. are curious about how technology meets business and eager to learn how drive systems enable markets like semiconductors, robotics, and renewable energy.
8. bring strong analytical skills and enjoy working with both data and people.
9. are proactive, hands-on, and not afraid to take ownership of your tasks.
10. are fluent in English and/or German.
