As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for an architect with experience in construction management to strengthen our Lausanne team.Architect with experience in construction management (100%)Your main activities:- Assistance to the project manager in project management.- Monitoring of construction sites, technical and financial aspects of projects in execution phases.- Coordination of specialized stakeholders, companies, and clients.Your tasks:- Supervision and monitoring of construction sites.- Participation in site meetings and drafting of minutes.- Creation and updating of work schedules (contractual deadlines, phasing).- Analysis of submissions and support to project managers.- Drawing and checking of execution plans and technical details.- Monitoring of company orders and management of invoices.- Checking of work progress and quality (measurements, progress, contractual compliance).- Management of additional costs / savings (amendments) in collaboration with the project manager.- Monitoring of reservations, defect removal, and acceptance of work.Your profile:- Architect, technician, or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management in Switzerland.- Good command of Swiss standards and regulations (SIA, calls for tenders, contractual management).- Confirmed experience in site and company management.- Proficiency in AutoCAD software.- Very good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel for financial monitoring).- Excellent command of French, both oral and written.- Sense of rigor and autonomy.- Proactive spirit and attention to detail.- Sense of responsibility and respect for confidentiality.- Ability to manage several construction sites in parallel and work under pressure.Start date:As soon as possibleIf your profile matches this offer, please send us your complete file (CV, cover letter, and work certificates).Note: Without a response from us within 15 days, please consider that your application has not been selected. jid21022b8aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
