Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative and documentation support to the Board Member and team
* Manage correspondence, document preparation, filing systems, and order processing
* Prepare reports, presentations, proposals, contracts, and briefing materials using MS Office
* Coordinate calendars, meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow‑up actions
* Handle internal and external communication to ensure efficient information flow
* Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
* Support special projects and respond to complex operational inquiries
Requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English; additional languages are an asset
* Bachelor’s degree or qualification as "Direktionsassistentin"
* At least 5 years of board‑level administrative experience in a multinational environment
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
* High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
* Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities
* Structured, proactive, and service‑oriented working style
