We're looking for a Creative Copywriter with the vision and skill to lead this transformation, someone who can blend social-first content, experiential activations, and cross-platform campaigns into cohesive narratives.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
* Creativity & Concepting You'll develop and write compelling copy for multi-channel campaigns and projects, helping define each brand's verbal identity while keeping visual and verbal elements consistent. You'll also play a key role in creative pitches and new business.
* Strategic Storytelling You'll turn insights and goals into meaningful, integrated narratives that spark authentic connections.
* Clear Communication You'll present and articulate ideas effectively, both internally and in client-facing moments.
* Cultural Awareness & Trends You'll keep your finger on the pulse of culture and identify relevant trends to bring timely, resonant ideas to the table.
* Creative Collaboration You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, contributing at every stage of a project and embracing feedback with an open, constructive mindset.
* Workflow & Responsiveness You'll juggle multiple projects with confidence, responding quickly to cultural moments with quality output.
REQUIREMENTS
* 6+ years of experience in advertising or creative agencies.
* Confidence in working across concepting, integrated campaigns, social-first content, and storytelling.
* Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
* Deep connection to digital and street culture, you spot trends, anticipate moods, and tap into cultural moments with authenticity.
* Ability to present and defend your ideas clearly and compellingly.
* A proactive team player who thrives in cross-functional creative teams.
* Not just following trends, you're out to create them.
* Skills in using humour and irony as creative tools, your copy surprises, entertains, and sticks.
