As a Strategy Consultant, you will solve complex business challenges, work on the most strategic issues of our clients, bring your bold perspective into action in a collaborative team, and develop transformative strategies on all organizational levels.

Analyse the competitive landscape to support product launches, develop organic & inorganic growth opportunities, define digital transformation strategies, or engage in scenario planning to identify sustainable competitive advantage.
Expand your experience working with experienced international Deloitte professionals and high‑profile clients in flexible and agile team environments.

Who we are looking for
To be considered for this role, certain qualifications are required:
Incisive thinker, confident in structuring complex problems with concepts, analysis and frameworks.
Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse and interpret key drivers of business performance and develop a cohesive strategic narrative, with great attention to detail.
Entrepreneurial and innovation‑driven mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with notable professional presence.
Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, with a motivated and enthusiastic attitude towards dealing with ambiguity and complexity.
Fluency in English; German strongly preferred; experience in coding languages (e.g., C#/C++, Python, R, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
Excellent academic achievements from a leading university or business school, with a Master’s degree in Science, Engineering or Business.
Challenging internships or initial professional experience or previous full‑time experience in strategy consulting or relevant industry roles.
