Tasks that make you grow.
1. Manager at eye level: You lead a team in shift operation, develop employees and ensure a motivated, high-performing spirit.
2. Quality & efficiency guarantor: You ensure that production quantities, quality and deadlines are right. Day after day, shift after shift.
3. Safety & process watchdog: You monitor standards, coordinate smooth processes and address technical faults directly.
4. Team coach & developer: You train your team in cooperation with Lean Management, provide feedback and implement standards sustainably.
5. Planning and process manager: You manage orders, order components and carry out checks. And all digitally supported.
6. Setting the pace on the store floor: you are close to the action, organize personnel and resources flexibly and actively drive improvements.

Your ingredients for success:
7. Education: Apprenticeship in the food sector (e.g. food technologist EFZ), ideally with a professional examination.
8. Experience: You have already led teams and are familiar with the processes of industrial food or pharmaceutical production.
9. Know-how: You have in-depth knowledge of SAP, lean management, production processes and quality assurance.
10. Soft skills: You are responsible, assertive, a strong communicator and remain solution-oriented even when working in shifts.
11. Languages & Tools: Fluent written and spoken German, basic knowledge of English, proficient in MS Office.
12. Plus points: Further training in technology or business administration, GMP experience, knowledge of French.
