You will be responsible for managing the front office during the night, in accordance with the hotel's quality standards, while handling back-office tasks related to the daily closing. You will ensure the reliability of cash collections, account control, and the production of financial reports.As a guarantor of the hotel's proper functioning during the night, you will provide warm welcome and assistance to clients with professionalism, responding to their requests and ensuring their safety and comfort. Autonomous, you will be able to handle unexpected situations and ensure continuity of service in the absence of day staff, while maintaining fluid communication with various departments to guarantee a smooth transition. With at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-end hotel environment, you demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and show autonomy, rigor, and reliability, which are essential for night work. Discreet and organized, you are comfortable working alone and making decisions independently.
