Job Title: Office Support Specialist
Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our operations through efficient and organized back-office administration.
The ideal candidate will have experience in order processing with ERP systems, and industry-specific experience in the IT sector. Knowledge of Navision is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
* Order and contract processing including invoicing;
* Coordination of material deliveries (external/internal);
* Article Master & Resource Management;
* Periodic hourly billing of service contracts;
* Managing reception of both guests and visitors;
* Reception of mail;
* Coordinating manufacturer contracts;
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in order processing with ERP systems, and industry-specific experience in the IT sector. Proficiency in English and German is mandatory.
