This position can be based in various Tesla locations in Switzerland.

Our Parts Team plays a critical role in our service operations, offering fundamental support to both Technicians and customers. They constitute Tesla’s front line and are our brand ambassadors, supporting our mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

Parts Supervisors (m/f/d) are the front-line leaders of our parts operation. They act as brand ambassadors, delivering exceptional customer experiences, managing daily operations, and proactively developing team members to reach their full potential.

What You'll Do
Support Parts Advisors in achieving KPIs like customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability, and cost savings.
Monitor team performance, motivate, lead, and support continuous improvements. Collaboration across locations is required.
Conduct regular coaching sessions, support development, and address workflow roadblocks.
Ensure parts standards, procedures, and data accuracy, maintaining compliance.
Manage escalations, resolving complex issues confidently across communication channels.
Oversee inventory from receipt to invoicing, partnering with the service manager to ensure efficiency and parts availability.
Coordinate daily with internal teams within the Service Centre and senior management.
What You'll Bring
Experience as a Lead Service or Parts Advisor in a customer-facing role preferred.
Proven leadership, innovation, and motivation skills to engage and develop teams.
Analytical skills to understand KPIs and resolve issues effectively.
Interest in personal development and trust-building as a people manager.
Ability to quickly adopt new technology and systems.
Effective communication skills in English, with proficiency in German or French.
Valid driving license, safe driving record, and ability to travel ≥80% within the region.
