Job Description
* Manage regular visits to healthcare professionals and pharmacies, and organise workshops or local events to enhance product visibility.
* Analyse regional sales data and market information to prioritise activities and optimise results.
* Develop and execute account plans aimed at achieving sales objectives and expanding market presence.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities within both established and emerging customer segments.
* Monitor growth potential in various product categories and align plans with long‑term commercial objectives.
* Foster internal collaboration across different business functions to support overall organisational goals.
The Successful Applicant
* You speak German (C2) and English (C1).
* At least 5 years of sales experience within the healthcare or medical technology industry in the assigned region.
* Strong network among key stakeholders in pharmacies and hospitals.
* Proven ability to influence diverse stakeholders and deliver impactful commercial arguments.
* Experience in training or educating healthcare partners is an asset.
