At Ahead Health, we're building Europe’s leading preventative healthcare platform. Our mission is to bring the personalized, concierge healthcare of the top 0.1% to the rest of us. With AI, of course. As our Founding Product Marketer, you’ll be the architect of our product positioning, go-to-market strategy, brand voice, and community, working with an experienced, technical, and mission-driven founding team out of Google, Oxford, Kaia Health, and other companies.
You’ll be instrumental in understanding our users, crafting compelling narratives, and building a passionate user base for a product that will redefine preventative health. We’re looking for someone product-obsessed, who thrives on creative storytelling, starts their day with data, and lives and breathes an experimentation culture. Most importantly, you care deeply about wow’ing each user with an A+ end-to-end experience.
Your responsibilities
* Go-to-market strategy: Define product positioning, messaging, and target audience via market analysis and user research, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
* Performance-driven growth: Develop and execute multi-channel user acquisition strategies (e.g., SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, potential for paid social/search), managing campaigns from ideation to analysis and optimization.
* Data & analytics mastery: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion rates, user acquisition targets), implement tracking, analyze performance, and iterate rapidly on campaigns.
* Community & content engine: Build an online community and create compelling content (blog, social, email, video) that supports both brand building and lead generation/conversion goals.
* Partnerships & collaborations: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand reach and drive user acquisition.
* Customer voice advocate: Translate user insights and market feedback into actionable recommendations for product development, marketing campaigns, and overall strategy.
* Foundational marketing setup: Define marketing processes, culture, select and manage marketing technology stack (analytics, automation, etc.), and potentially oversee initial agency/freelancer relationships for specialized paid efforts.
Requirements
* 2-5+ years of experience in consumer marketing or product marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful brand building and user acquisition campaigns.
* Native proficiency in German and near-native proficiency in English, with a demonstrable knack for exceptional copywriting in both languages.
* Proven ability to create engaging content and compelling narratives that drive action and conversion.
* Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels (SEO, content marketing, email marketing essential; SEM, paid social desirable) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar).
* Strong analytical skills: You’re comfortable defining KPIs, tracking performance, A/B testing, and using data to make decisions and optimize funnels.
* You’re excited about the latest marketing tools and AI applications to amplify your impact.
* A genuine passion for healthcare and improving people's lives.
* Based in or willing to relocate to Zurich (or surrounding area enabling regular office presence).
* You have something special in your background – a unique project, a notable achievement, or a distinctive skill that makes you stand out.
Preferred skills
* Experience directly managing and optimizing paid advertising budgets and campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).
* Experience in community management and building online communities.
* Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
* A good eye for design and an understanding of branding principles.
* Experience in a fast-paced startup or early-stage product environment, ideally in healthtech or a related B2C field.
* Proven ability to organically grow and engage an online audience/community (personal or brand).
