Then, nice to meet you!Tariff Control and Cost-Efficiency SpecialistWithin our team dedicated to tariff control and fraud prevention, you occupy a key role by steering the analysis of healthcare providers every day. Your objective? Identify discrepancies, guarantee compliance with legal bases (LAMal/LCA), and ensure efficient use of resources, while maintaining a constructive relationship with the partners you deal with daily.What you do on a daily basisYou manage the role of analyst and tariff specialist: you collect relevant data to establish reports using available tools or by making requests to the dedicated department. You process this data with specific indicators (benchmarking, trends, proportions, etc.), then you carry out targeted checks based on the discrepancies identified. Finally, you analyze, synthesize, and propose solutions or concrete actions.You also ensure a role of coordinator: you communicate the results of your analyses internally. You implement the defined actions and follow up with the various departments concerned (invoice control, blocking parameterization, etc.). You also participate in transversal projects.You take charge of the relationship with healthcare providers in case of deviations: you conduct exchanges to obtain a refund, a correction of billing practices, or any other necessary action. You collaborate with the legal department if a procedure must be initiated before the authorities.What you bring to the teamYou master analytical and numerical skills: you know how to manipulate data, produce reliable analyses, and present them clearly. You write structured and relevant summaries, and you work with complete autonomy. You also have strong communication skills and you know how to lead negotiations.You are a tariff specialist in the health sector: you use Microsoft tools, particularly Excel at an advanced level, and you exploit tools like SQL, Power BI, or equivalents.
