IT Support Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-level technical support via phone and email for Windows 10, Microsoft 365 applications, internal software tools, and other IT systems.
* Offer assistance with external employee portals and custom-developed applications.
* Support the implementation of new technologies during rollouts.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction levels across multiple languages.
* Create and manage knowledge databases, including documentation, instructions, and checklists.
* Serve as a liaison between on-site support and corporate customers.
* Possess a basic or higher level of commercial training.
* Demonstrate experience working with common IT systems and a willingness to learn new technologies.
* Exhibit resilience, reliability, and strong organizational skills, with excellent communication abilities both verbally and in writing.
* Fluency in German (B2 level) and English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian and French is desirable.
Requirements:
1. A valid work permit for Switzerland.
2. Strong understanding of IT and computer systems.
3. German language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
