Your Role
You’re a seasoned technician who knows your craft – and at Lucid Motors, you’ll get the chance to take it to the next level. As a Senior Service Technician, you’ll work on one of the most advanced electric vehicles in the world. You’ll lead by example, share your expertise, and help shape a high-performance service culture.
* Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Lucid vehicles
* Support and mentor junior technicians – your experience makes the difference
* Use modern software to document your work with precision
* Carry out certified high‑voltage repairs, safely and professionally
* Communicate with customers and deliver a true premium experience
* Take ownership of quality, efficiency, and cleanliness in the workshop
* Step in where your knowledge and advice are needed
What You Bring
* Completed vocational training as Automobil‑Mechatroniker EFZ or equivalent Swiss‑recognized advanced certification
* 5–7 years of practical experience in professional automotive repair, including work with high‑voltage vehicles, preferably premium vehicles
* Familiarity with inspection, maintenance, and wear part replacement in line with OEM standards
* Valid Class B driver’s license
* Preferably fluent in German (spoken and written), working knowledge of English
* Confident with Microsoft Office applications and willing to learn internal platforms (e.g., DMS)
