This role involves supporting Team Heads/Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Managers (IMs) in daily client servicing and operational activities, acting as the primary contact for operational requests, and liaising with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities
* Handle and respond to RM and client requests, resolving issues promptly to meet client requirements.
* Assist with onboarding documentation and client signatures.
* Prepare reports and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.
* Maintain understanding of regulatory frameworks and bank policies.
* Ensure business continuity by covering responsibilities during team absences.
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
* Minimum five years’ experience in wealth management or sales support roles.
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and numeracy skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills.
* Ability to work effectively in virtual, global teams within a matrix organization.
