Recognized worldwide for the quality of its products and its capacity for innovation, the company designs, manufactures, and distributes its own micro-precision instruments that improve safety and efficiency of medical treatments. Our client designs and develops its own production machines and equipment dedicated to the automated manufacturing of its instruments. This is a rare opportunity for a senior and resilient engineer to lead the development of custom-built production machines for the healthcare industry. To strengthen its industrialization team, our client is looking for a Senior Industrialisation Project Manager - MedTech. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will invent, develop and industrialize custom-built machines that manufacture high-precision medical devices used worldwide. You will lead key projects from conception through commissioning, including next-generation CNC machines, advanced packaging and automation systems, thermal or surface treatment process or processes improvement. Your work contributes directly to medical devices that improve treatments worldwide, combining Swiss precision engineering with healthcare impact.
