Key Responsibilities Ensure product compliance according to national and international standards (CH and EU).
Handle regulatory topics such as label requirements for cleaning products, product claims, etc.
Research technical-regulatory details for products and ingredients.
Classify products according to CLP Regulation and prepare declarations as required by law (DetV).
Manage international and national notifications of products to authorities and Tox centers (CH and EU).
Create legally required documents such as safety data sheets and ingredient disclosures.
Serve as internal contact for questions related to hazardous substance law and other regulatory issues (claim support, customer requirements, etc.).
Qualifications Education: Completed university/ETH, FH, HF degree in natural sciences or as a chemical/pharmaceutical laboratory technician with regulatory experience.
Professional Experience: Several years of experience with CLP, GHS, REACH, BPR, ADR, etc.
Knowledge in SAP and ExESS (LISAM systems).
Experience in FMCG sector.
Data management skills.
Fluent in German (negotiation level).
Good knowledge of English; French is a plus.
