We are looking for our Kidscare nurseries in Mont-sur-Lausanne and Morges, for a permanent position, with a start date on June 1st or to be agreed upon, MULTISITES. Your mission: Ensure the supervision and development of nurseries in your region and guarantee their educational quality. The multi-site manager acts as a link between general management and local structures. They ensure the proper implementation of the institutional project, allocate resources, and ensure consistency across all sites. Main responsibilities:- Supervise, support, and assist the staff management of the sites.- Ensure the implementation of the institutional project across all sites.- Monitor the quality of welcome, pedagogy, and safety in each structure.- Evaluate and harmonize practices between the different nurseries.- Support staff management with the HR department.- Optimize and guarantee the overall management of schedules and performance indicators (absenteeism rates, finances) and take necessary actions.- Contribute to and oversee the budgets of the nurseries.- Confirm the budget balance of the structures under management and ensure the proper functioning of financial processes, as well as the institution's relations with municipal and cantonal authorities or other partners.- Identify needs and propose solutions or pedagogical innovations.- Actively participate in institutional and cross-functional projects.- Share the core values of our company: passion, teamwork, and learning.Profile:- Higher education in early childhood complemented by a management diploma or equivalent.- Several years of experience in managing one or more nurseries and supervising teams.- Excellent writing skills.- Rigor, comfort with numbers, and versatility.- Ability to work autonomously while having a team spirit.- Positive personality and oriented towards a multicultural and multilingual environment that promotes learning and career development opportunities and mobility within a large group committed to sustainable development.- Pride in contributing to a meaningful mission: “Building a better world through the care of each child.” - A scientific committee composed of renowned experts supports our work based on the latest discoveries in neuroscience to address the fundamental needs of young children and confront our knowledge with what we offer on the ground.Why join the Babilou Family?
