The Webmaster / Website Administrator is responsible for the development / management and maintenance of the website and digital presence of the WPA.
Webmaster / Website Administrator assistant
* Oversee and manage all aspects of the Association's website using CMS ( Wordpress) ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and refelects organization's mission.
* Work with the Director, the Executive Committee (Education, Memberships, Events, IT...) to regularly publish and update content such as guidelines, members, resources, webinar, publications, policy statements.
* Maintain the website's integration with the Association Management System, event registration platforms, member logins, portals, and payment systems.
* Ensure compliance with accessibility standards
* Monitor and improve website performance, usability
* Manage web analytics
* Maintain website security and compliance with privacy, accessibility, and data protection regulations.
* Optimize content for search engines and assist in digital campaign tracking.
* Conduct regular audits to add / remove outdated content and improvve information architecture.
* Support projects such as microsites, launches, redesigns, or technology migration if required.
* Experience working with Infomaniak
* Familiarity with email marketing platforms
* Understanding of ADA website accessibility
* Knowledge of web security and GDPR compliance issues
