As a Supplier Enablement Specialist, you will support suppliers throughout the registration process, develop training materials, and ensure the accuracy of supplier documents. What you will do:
* Develop and improve training materials and handbooks for internal and external use
* Continuously enhance processes and tools, leveraging AI and RPA where possible
* Coordinate tool upgrades, patches, and enhancements with IT
* Conduct training sessions for procurement staff and suppliers on tool functionalities
* Monitor tool adoption and provide support to optimize user engagement
* Ensure data accuracy and governance within procurement systems
What you bring & who you are:
* Experience with SAP Ariba and procurement processes
* Strong skills in tool optimization, data accuracy, and accessibility
* Ability to lead training programs and support procurement teams in adopting new tools
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders
* Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
