Your Tasks
Technical Presales Manager – vacancy for a Zurich-based telecom company
Ensure seamless network connectivity and integration of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems (Air Conditioning, UPS, Fire & Intrusion Alarms, DC systems) into existing infrastructure
Act as an interface between Site Engineering, IT, and Network departments
Manage and document IP addresses and their allocations
Optimize monitoring solutions, dashboards, KPI reporting, and database structures
Contribute to technical presales by aligning integration plans with system capabilities and customer needs
Your Experience/knowledge
Several years of experience in IT and telecommunications environments
Proven knowledge of infrastructure integration and network architecture
Familiarity with SNMP and monitoring tools such as DataMiner (Skyline), Cramer, Nagios, Netcool, Stablenet
Ability to work independently with strong initiative
Solid understanding of system interfaces and network documentation
Language skills: English – fluent; German – advantageous

Self-driven and proactive with a collaborative attitude
