Freelance Delivery Manager / Project Coordinator (German Speaking)
We are looking for an experienced freelance Delivery Manager / Project Coordinator to support a public‑sector digital construction programme in Bern.
The role focuses on coordinating multi‑vendor delivery activities, managing project setup and integrations, and supporting the rollout of new digital use cases within a centralized data environment aligned with international information management standards.
Key Requirements
Strong delivery/project management experience
Agile delivery and stakeholder management skills
Experience coordinating software development and integrations
Strong communication and organizational skills
Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
German language mandatory
HERMES certification preferred
Project Details
Location: Bern, Switzerland (onsite required)
Capacity: 50–70% (approx. 60% FTE)
