At Bühler we have Service Business as a strategic development target. We're looking for a Solutions Architect to be hand's on to design and deliver creative solutions across multiple capabilities of the Service business.
Responsibilities
* You deliver high-quality solution designs for the Epics you are working on
* You elaborate solution concepts, perform requirements engineering, and create system and program specifications
* You coordinate developments provided by internal and external partners, including quality checks and testing
* You autonomously customize SAP ERP CS/SD
* You create technical documentation of system setups
* You support global implementation projects of process and system standards, including user trainings
* You provide third-level system support for global users, including quality management
Requirements
* Experience in solution architecture
* Expertise in creating architecture deliverables for both waterfall and agile projects
* More than 5 years of work experience, including over 3 years in a similar position
* Experience in SAP ERP SD; advanced knowledge in SAP Customer Service Management
* Bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science, software development, engineering, business administration, or a related field
* Fluent in English (business level)
