In order to ensure the implementation of the Group's internal system X, we are looking for a Internal Controller (M/F) 50% for our site in Morges. Profile:- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or university bachelor’s degree in economics/accounting.- Experience in Audit and/or in Control.- Mastery of management tools (Excel, ERP) and audit methodologies.- Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.- Fluent in French, with good knowledge of English. Knowledge of German is an asset.- Ability to address the challenges of the energy transition.Responsibilities:- Ensure the management and monitoring of the internal system X at the Group level.- Identify and analyze the essential processes of the company and the controls performed.- Ensure the effectiveness of the implemented controls, their correct execution, and their contribution to the mitigation of risks and controls.- Manage the Group’s insurance portfolio (implement the Group's insurance policy, develop and monitor insurance budgets, ensure a distribution of insurance premiums across different business lines and companies of the Group, be the main internal contact on insurance matters, follow up on reported claims, maintain the inventory of insured objects).- Ensure the implementation of internal or external audit regarding the internal system X.- Propose avenues to strengthen the effectiveness of internal controls and optimize performance.- Oversee the implementation of corrective actions in conjunction with various departments and ensure their follow-up.- Provide support to the risk manager on other projects.Benefits:In this team, you will be able to work both in the office and from home.
