Job Title: Senior Manager – Change & Business Readiness
Job Function: Strategy & Corporate Development

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities Lead and orchestrate all change, engagement, training, and adoption activities across assigned releases, ensuring full business readiness from impact assessment through hypercare.
Act as subject‑matter leader for the OTC value stream, ensuring change interventions align with end‑to‑end process flows from order capture through delivery and invoicing.
Drive change impact assessments (CIA) across Logistics, Customer Excellence, and GTS domains, translating impacts into site‑level action plans and persona‑based adoption strategies.
Enable learning and capability build by leading learning needs analysis (LNA) and defining role‑based, scenario‑driven training.
Own the business readiness component of go‑live planning, including super‑user mobilisation, final readiness validation, and alignment with cutover schedules.
Engage stakeholders across global, regional, and site levels, establishing super‑user networks to drive adoption and sustain behavioural change.
Identify and mitigate operational risks within OTC processes and develop business continuity plans for go‑live and transition phases.
Provide executive‑level reporting on business readiness, including RAG status, risks, mitigation plans, and adoption KPIs linked to OTC performance.
Experience & Qualifications 10+ years experience in Change Management, Business Readiness, or Transformation roles.
Proven track record in S/4HANA or ERP‑enabled transformation programs.
Deep expertise in Supply Chain focused on OTC/Deliver value stream, including logistics execution, customer excellence, and Global Trade Services (GTS).
Functional Expertise (Highly Preferred) Experience across Order‑to‑Cash end‑to‑end processes, integrated supply chain and customer operations, cross‑border trade and compliance.
Leadership & Delivery Capability Ability to operate in multi‑release, complex transformation environments.
Experience leading cross‑functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
Track record of driving adoption outcomes at scale, rather than only delivering change activities.
Key Competencies End‑to‑End Business Thinking – connecting logistics, customer excellence, and finance into cohesive OTC outcomes.
Execution Excellence – delivering through ambiguity, tight timelines, and competing priorities.
Stakeholder Influence – building trust and alignment with global senior stakeholders.
Structured Problem Solving – identifying risks early and translating them into actionable mitigation plans.
Adoption Mindset – focusing relentlessly on measurable behavioural and operational outcomes.
