Project : For our public administration client, we are seeking an experienced project manager. The project aims to design and implement a digital evaluation platform. This platform will centrally record, evaluate, and make project evaluations accessible. This will strengthen institutional learning, simplify project management, and improve accountability.
During the initialization phase, the project manager also assumes the role of business analyst. This includes, in particular, gathering requirements, analyzing legal and organizational frameworks, and reviewing technical options (including the use of AI).
Tasks and responsibilities :
* Project management according to recognized methods (e.g. HERMES 2022)
* Collection and documentation of requirements (business analysis in initialization)
* Analysis of existing solutions, technologies and legal frameworks
* Examination of the possible use of AI-supported functions
* Coordination and involvement of relevant stakeholders
* Definition of architecture, interfaces and dependencies
* Responsibility for planning, control, cost and risk management
* Preparation of all relevant project and decision documents
Requirements :
* Several years of experience as a project manager in IT/digitalization projects
* Very good knowledge of a common project management method (ideally HERMES 2022 or comparable)
* Experience in business analysis and projects in the public sector is an advantage
* Verifiable project references in comparable projects
* Willingness to undergo personal security checks
Languages :
* Very good written and spoken German skills (C1 or higher)
* Knowledge of French is a plus
