Corporate Development Expert
This role is pivotal in our corporate development team, responsible for facilitating market, company and technology assessments to identify growth opportunities and assist in shaping the corporate strategy.
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Development Analyst to join our global operational Headquarters near Zurich. The successful candidate will contribute to companies' valuation, M&A due diligence processes and post-merger integration projects.
The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to support a wide range of corporate development projects and activities. They will also provide support in liaising with potential cooperation partners and acquisition targets to drive business expansion.
Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree in natural sciences or engineering, ideally complemented by further education in business administration, corporate finance, or a related field.
* Up to 3 years of practical experience in a similar role within a global industrial corporation or a leading strategy consulting firm.
* Demonstrated experience in company scouting, conducting thorough assessments, and supporting M&A processes.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle and interpret large volumes of information and data effectively.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in German is considered an advantage.
