About the Role
Duration: 1 year
Location: Stein, Aargau
Your responsibilities will include:
* Support laboratory team with expert analytics to ensure efficient and compliant lab operations
* Review and approve analytical data in alignment with GxP and HSE standards
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of drug substances and products
* Organize and interpret complex data using diverse instrumental technologies
* Lead method transfer and optimization initiatives across projects
* Manage equipment qualification, calibration, and breakdown resolution
* Prepare and execute equipment qualification plans for new technologies
* Report technical complaints and adverse events within 24 hours of receipt
What you'll bring to the role:
Work Experience:
* Completed doctoral degree in chemistry, biology, or pharmacy (completed within the past 2 years)
* Proven experience in analytical techniques and laboratory operations
* Strong understanding of GxP and HSE compliance standards
* Proficiency in instrumental analysis methods (e.g., HPLC, GC, spectroscopy)
Skills:
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience with equipment qualification and calibration processes
Languages :
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
