Our team in Haag, Switzerland is seeking a Key Account Supply Specialist who will manage and oversee all orders for our assigned customers.
Your Responsibilities
* You will communicate customer inventory needs and requirements to supply chain partners.
* You will define and optimize the supply chain strategy for dedicated key accounts across all product lines.
* You will facilitate inventory planning and deployment, maintaining consignments.
* You will act as the direct point of contact for sales managers and customers on order-related topics, orchestrating all orders for customers and their sub-tiers with all product lines.
* You will create and maintain KPI reports (OTDc, OTDr, Lead Time, Inventory Level, etc.) for your customers on a monthly basis, communicating with stakeholders and tracking actions.
* You will manage customer in-stock and on-shelf availability of inventory, discussing and resolving product and component shortages with customers.
* You will work on global NPI launch requirements (quantity and timing), but not execute them within the Product Line Supply Chain Management team.
* You will participate in internal and external meetings daily and weekly.
* You will coordinate regular capacity assessments along the value chain to ensure fulfillment of mid- to long-term customer demand plans.
* You will build partnerships with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Product Management, Finance, Operations, etc.
* You will plan and maintain customer portfolios to enhance satisfaction.
* You will integrate and cooperate on key account needs within the Key Account team and Product Line Supply Chain Management.
Your Competencies
* You should have technical education or practical experience in administration or supply chain management.
* A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a similar discipline is advantageous.
* You should have 3-5 years' experience in supply chain management in global organizations, preferably in the semiconductor or related industries.
* You should possess proven planning, analytical, presentation, and execution skills.
* You should be proficient in Excel, Google Suite, Tableau; ERP experience with Oracle, SAP, or MS Dynamics.
* Customer, market, and channel knowledge and experience are preferred.
* You should be able to multitask, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail.
* You should have strong analytical skills, including data evaluation, problem-solving, and implementation.
* You should have influencing and collaborative skills across organizational levels.
* You should understand operations and supply chain terminology related to factory, supply chain, and sales operations.
* You should be service-minded with good communication skills and judgment.
* You should be willing to travel up to 10%.
