Customer Service & Logistics Specialist (Maternity Cover 50%)
Position Summary
The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist reports directly to the Corporate Supply Chain Manager and plays a key role in managing relationships with customers and partners. The role is responsible for overseeing the receipt and processing of orders and forecasts, ensuring their accurate execution from both organizational and logistical perspectives.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain orders received from domestic customers in the system, transmit them to external warehouse, monitor delivery punctuality, and issue related invoices on a daily basis.
Communicate critical supply issues to customers.
Manage and monitor orders received from international partners, ensuring the ERP system is consistently updated; transfer orders to Production Planning team and confirm feasibility to partners in terms of delivery timelines.
Maintain and update the order portfolio and related revenue plan, preparing reports and analyses.
Issue invoices and logistics documentation and coordinate product collection, including compliance with export procedures and order fulfilment requirements.
Oversee import and export logistics activities requested by internal departments.
Qualifications and Skills
Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role (experience in the pharmaceutical sector is considered a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively.
High level of autonomy, flexibility and organizational skills.
Excellent command of English and good knowledge of German.
Preference will be given to candidates based in Switzerland.
