We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Leader to drive the global success of our Process Plants Business Unit. As Global Product Line Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to achieve business growth.

You will be based at one of our regional headquarters located across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the conception and implementation of strategic sales plans for batch systems and reaction technologies.
* Develop knowledge and launch products in the field of batch systems applied to separation processes and reaction process technologies.
* Oversight and improvement of product line portfolio to maintain industry leadership.
* Team leadership, combining diverse skills to advance the batch systems and reaction technology product portfolio.
* Driving evolution of the chemical sector with cutting-edge process plant technologies and products designed to advance the Green tech industry.
Requirements
* Masters degree in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering.
* Over 10 years of experience in sales of process solutions and/or product management and/or go-to-market strategies and/or business development in (petro)-chemical and/or special chemical and/or green and circular chemicals/fuels sectors.
* Strong leadership, communication, and product management skills.
* Fluent English, any other language would be an asset.
