Here, you'll have the chance to work on diverse projects with real impact and a collaborative approach. /p pIf you're looking for a stimulating environment and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, this is the place for you! /p h3Job description /h3 pAs a member of the Store Design and Visual Merchandising team, you will be required to coordinate the implementation of our boutiques and shop-in-shops worldwide. /p pYour responsibilities will be as follow: /p ul liCoordination of all steps in the SIS, Boutique, Roadshow, Pop-up, projects development after the design approval phase, to ensure on cost and on time delivery to the clients and in store. This will include making sure all phases of the project are accomplished and followed through (offers, orders, production follow-up, delivery, installation, project archiving and photo reception) /li liRegular follow-up and coordination with clients, procurement and logistics on ongoing projects. Keeping track of the projects in shared management document /li liForecasting of upcoming projects and needs /li liArchiving of each project, photo acquiring and creation of regular reports on the new openings (monthly, annually) /li liCoordination and creation of the visual merchandising and Architecture newsletter (4 per year) /li liAnalyses of the impact of new visual merchandising features (layout, news zone, window) on the traffic and sales on selected POS (questionnaires, pools, reports) /li liStakeholder Coordination: Liaise with various stakeholders including internal teams, external vendors, and retail partners.
