We are at home throughout Europe and always close to our customers.IT Support L2 Specialist (f/m/d)Be your best with BechtleTo complete the Managed Services Business Unit team, we are looking for a Systems and Network profile with advanced knowledge of Security aspects.Your mission- Guarantee the resolution of Level 2 requests on-site or remotely, ensuring clear and regular communication with our customers- Contribute to updating technical procedures and the internal knowledge base- Contribute to the execution of low and medium complexity changes (drafting, execution, and monitoring)- Ensure the proper tracking of your tasks (billable and non-billable)- Participate in MDR (Managed Detection & Response) type activities and the drafting of associated reports- Implementation of processes and controls related to ISAE- Contribute to the resolution of Level 1 requests in overflow from the Service Desk team- Participate in the 24/7 on-call service (approximately 1 week of on-call every 5 to 6 weeks)Your profile- At least 3 years of IT experience as a Technician or similar, including one year in the field of Managed Services- Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem: workstation (Intune, SCCM), servers, Cloud and SaaS (Azure, M365)- Knowledge of Microsoft security solutions: Defender for Endpoint / for Cloud / for Identity / For Office365, Microsoft Sentinel / XDR- SC900: required- SC200: a real plus- Network and security knowledge (Switching, routing, firewall, VPN, anti-Spam)- Familiar with ITIL processes and methodology (notably Change Management)- Excellent communication skills and sense of service- Accustomed to multi-client environments- Fluent French and good level of English (B1 / B2)Our proposal- Flexibility: set the place and working hours individually according to needs- Advantageous working conditions: 6 weeks of vacation per year and a pension plan- Development and enhancement of potential: wide range of professional and personal training offered by the Bechtle AcademyBechtle Suisse SABechtle Suisse SA has certified skills in the fields: IT Infrastructure, Management, Managed Services, Skills Management, Analytics, Printing Solutions and E-Commerce.
