Responsibilities
* Plan and coordinatespecial events, supporting event formats, logistics, and on-site delivery
* Coordinate timelines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution
* Support consistency between event formats, exhibition activities, and overall participant experience
* Ensure high-quality standards in event production, materials, and delivery
* Act as a point of contact for assigned pharmaceutical companies and industry partners, supporting sponsorship-related activities
* Assist with budget monitoring and cost control for congress activities
* Support the coordination of external suppliers and contracts, in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements
* Ensure events are delivered in accordance with applicable regulations and industry standards
* Support event performance tracking, feedback collection, and post-congress evaluations
* Provide operational support to the Congress Team before, during, and after events
Requirements
* 3–5 years of experience in event or congress management or a similar role
* Strong organisational and project coordination skills
* Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Team-oriented and customer-focused approach
