As a dynamic and committed System Engineer/Technical Support Engineer (m/f/d) in the back office, you are the direct contact person for our customers in the 2nd level support of our service organization. You advise not only the customers but also the field service technicians. Your affinity for IT and complex software environments underscores your problem-solving skills.You install and configure our access control systems and put them into operation. You carry out upgrades on existing systems and support and advise customers regarding service offers.
Your profile: Successfully completed technical training (e.g., IT, electrical engineering, training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable)
At least 2 years of professional experience
Committed, self-responsible working style
Service orientation and problem-solving skills
Good knowledge of German and English.
